Pushes and Pull
Yesterday I read a chapter in the book and what I learned is the potato famine-Irish people were living on crops happily then one day the weather started changing so the crops grew weaker and the Irish were so hungry- they were starving! So they started to leave Ireland and go to the U.S. This happened in 1845-1852.
Have you heard of any other push or pull migration stories?
